NH by Hand is dedicated to creating womenswear that is professionally made, purse friendly, and on trend.

Hello! I'm Natasha Hutchins (hence the NH part of my brand name!) and I am the owner/founder of NH by hand. I created NH by Hand during the first year of my fashion design degree, where I spent most of my spare time sewing at home to practice my sewing and pattern cutting skills on my tiny second hand sewing machine. Looking back, I have no idea how I did it! I started out selling my makes on depop, then when I graduated in 2016, I came across two options. I interned for a well known high street brand in London and had to make the decision whether to continue my own brand or find a job designing for someone else. I decided to bite the bullet and take NH by Hand full time, and I have been doing this ever since! Well, that's a lie really. I actually closed NH by Hand in 2021 to focus on my sewing pattern brand (NH Patterns). I was of course still making clothes and working on new designs but I just wasn't creating them for the public. I realised I missed the creativity I had with NH by Hand and so I decided to reopen in 2023 and I couldn't be more excited! 

New collections are being designed and created continuously and I would love for you to stick around and join us on this journey!
