Returns & cancellations

RETURNS:

returns are accepted but return postage is paid for buy the buyer. If refunding in full, you will also be refunded the original postage costs paid when placing the order. If receiving  partial refund, you will not receive a refund for your original postage costs. Custom orders are non refundable. 

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, returns are accepted for refund or exchange. You must notify NH by Hand via email within 14 days of receiving your item, and ship the item back within 30 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned in an unworn, unwashed, re-sellable condition, with the tags still attached. Items deemed as worn, or that are not in a re-sellable condition, will be refused and the item will be returned to the buyers original address.
Please note: If returning swimwear, the hygiene strip must be intact. Swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene strip has been removed. Lingerie is non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Custom orders, including orders created with custom sizing, are non-returnable.
Refunds will be made back to the original payment method, within 10 working days of the item being received back to NH by hand. Please be sure to get a proof of postage when returning the items. If the item is to be lost in the mail during return, the proof of postage will be needed to complete the return.

Exchanges follow the same rules as given above. Please just notify NH by Hand before returning to discuss exchange details. If for any reason we cannot exchange the item for you, such as fabrics going out of stock etc, we will be happy to discuss your options via email before returning.
 
Cancellations:
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of the item being purchased.
